Dakota von Dorum is a gorgeous 3 year old long haired German Shepherd mix with a long and luxurious black and silver coat. Dakota is a big, friendly boy who welcomes attention, and will rub on you appreciatively. His energy level is a nice mid-range, and he readily heels on leash, looking to his handler for guidance. Dakota does fine around other dogs on his walks at the rescue, although he focuses more on people. (He's not for cats.) Our big and charming boy will win you over quickly with his warm personality in addition to his stunning looks. He will want to shower you with affection or even climb in your lap. Make sure to take it a bit slowly in the beginning and set boundaries for him to establish a good foundation. Come meet our spectacular boy!
